What we delivered

Our products played a key role in the rear and side elevations of the property. Bi-folding doors are perfect for townhouses as they can make a space larger and can extend a room out into the garden. The floor to ceiling glass panels look great, pour natural light into the home and keep the garden & outside space in constant view. Thanks to our bi-folding doors the home can also be extended, door panels can be swept aside to open the property onto the snug external courtyard or out onto the beautifully finished outdoor patio area.

Beautiful but functional windows

Aluminium windows are a key feature within this property. The kitchen contains a full tilt & turn window complete with trickle-vent. The slender frames look great and suit the modern kitchen whilst the ability to tilt inwards or open in completely provides the required ventilation in an open-plan kitchen space. The master bedroom contains a feature shaped window, an architectural detail that looks stunning from both inside and outside of the property. The shaped window is effectively a wall of glass so ensures that the space is well lit, whilst adding a statement contemporary feature to the master bedroom.

Another notable feature of this development is that the property flows through from front to back. The clever use of bi-folding doors on both elevations allows the courtyard space to connect to the large garden area with the living and dining area in between to create effectively one large and secluded space, an idyllic oasis in the heart of the London. The doors can then be closed to contract the space, whilst retaining the light, and modern feeling that is gained from slim-framed bi-fold doors.

The dining table is positioned next to the kitchen and folding doors so the decision of whether to eat inside or outside can be discussed with no concerns about a sudden change in the weather.
