What we delivered

We manufactured and installed a large range of products throughout. XP10 bi-folding doors have been used extensively to ensure a seamless connection between the interior & exterior space. The rear elevation leads out onto a river so the bedrooms boast bi-folding doors also, meaning that the homeowners can enjoy a riverside feel from the comfort of their own bedrooms.

Four sets of bi-fold doors have been used within the open-plan kitchen, living & dining area with two sets expertly positioned either side of a feature picture window, which forms the focal point within the dining area with views down to the river.

Outdoor Living

Away from the house a beautiful garden furniture set sits at the base of the garden nestled neatly against the riverbank. An outdoor living area complete with a bar, again benefits from three sets of bi-folding doors that allows three sides of the garden building to be completely opened.

Aluminium windows throughout

Our slim-framed aluminium windows have been expertly utilised throughout the whole property. Our Horizon picture window is a key feature within the dining area whilst the same slim aluminium profile has been used to create three statement shaped windows that add a real wow factor to the rear elevation. Internally the instant wow factor repeats constantly throughout the various rooms, the bathroom is bathed in natural light thanks to the huge, shaped window. The bedrooms benefit from floor to ceiling glass & the dressing room is complemented beautifully by our slim casement windows.

ELA Designs have done a wonderful job in designing this stunning property that not only looks great from inside to out but that also flows throughout.
