Express Bi-folding Doors is a family owned business set up by a father son team in 2007 to manufacture a range of high quality bi-folding door designs with the power to transform people’s homes forever. Our sales department have a wealth of experience and have been actively involved in various types of projects all over the UK. We take great pride in helping our customers to create their own dream space and offer a consultative sales approach regardless of the size of any project. We are happy to discuss your project face to face in one of our showrooms or on an exhibition stand. And we can also work with you by e-mail or over the telephone offering our assistance, advice and relevant information throughout all stages of your project.
We can simply handover or talk through our brochures right through to offering advice on budgets, the suitability of products, whether planning permission would be required or whether works fall under permitted development as well providing technical information and practical advice. We are also happy to talk through your plans and drawings and liaise with your architect or building contractor. Back in 2007 with a team of three people we began manufacturing and installing aluminium bi-folding doors, sliding patio doors and windows. Today, we have a world-class manufacturing facility, manufacturing the best products in the industry designed by some of the worlds’ leading architectural systems houses. We own the latest cutting-edge CNC machinery, which coupled with the most skilled and experienced workforce in the industry ensures our vast range of bespoke products are always manufactured to the highest standard.

Our expert surveyors have been the starting point for all of our stunning completed projects. Once an order is placed we attend site to survey the project and meet with you and your team to start the journey towards your dream space.
Our installation teams all have a huge skillset and a wealth of experience many of whom have been with us for over a decade. Our installers only work for Express we never use sub-contractors that’s how we know all our projects will be fitted to the highest standard.
As part of our installation service we always offer at least one full site survey, which leads through to the final specification of the project, manufacture and then installation. Throughout this process we work with minimal disruption to you. Plus, because we design, manufacture and install everything ourselves, you can be sure of a great level of craftsmanship in all our products. Offering an end-to-end service like this means we take complete responsibility for all aspects of our work. Our experienced and dedicated Customer Service Team is available to deal with any queries you may have regarding our complete end to end service. Our Customer Service team will contact you for feedback and to follow up on any matters raised ensuring you are kept fully in the loop throughout the lifetime of your products. Effective communication with customers is crucial and we keep you informed at each stage of your order as it progresses. You will receive a text message when your order is placed into manufacture, prior to install and prior to any return visits should they be required. You will also receive regular follow up telephone calls at various stages of your order. The feedback we receive from our customers is crucial as we can monitor all aspects of the customer journey from inception to completion, monitoring performance and resolving any issues we come across.
Our experienced and dedicated after-sales team is manned by fully trained staff who can deal with any technical issues or remedial requests promptly and professionally should they arise. As part of our installation service we offer a comprehensive ten-year guarantee and it is our after-sales department who will assist with any queries regarding our products, advise on correct maintenance and cleaning methods and will arrange for our engineers to attend site to investigate and resolve any issues raised by our customers.
We understand our customers lead busy lives and should a return visit be required we have varied time slots we can offer meaning we will be able to accommodate our clients with a degree of flexibility. We communicate with our customers by phone and by e mail & all appointments also receive a text message confirming the appointment the day prior to our attendance. The service works are then completed by a follow up call from our Customer Service Team once the work is complete to ensure customer is completely happy with the service received.
