We colour match our products to match your Express doors & windows, creating a cohesive look across your home. Our roofs can sit on an RSJ installed by a third party, or on our bespoke steel portal frames. The returns can be made up of brick to match the rest of the property, or by Express products to allow for maximum light. With large glass expanses and a modern architectural aesthetic, we can also take down your existing out-dated conservatory and replace with bespoke, contemporary new structure to make your dream home a stunning reality.

KEY FEATURES
- Express structural steel portal frames can be used instead of the builder preparing all structural steels. Contact our sales team for more technical section for information on our portal frames
- Aluminium gutters can have a bespoke design to suit individual taste.
- Shaped glazed windows can be installed underneath and to the pitch of the roof to allow more light into the glazed structure.
- The returns can be built from either the house walls or any of our glazed products
- Bespoke aluminium pressings can be used to cosmetically finish off the installation.
- Reverse lean-too roofs possible when combined with a box gutter
- A lean-too roof combined with a box gutter is an ideal solution for mid-terraced properties as a means of creating a lightwell down the side of the property.
WHAT'S YOUR COLOUR
Our three ranges offer some stunning popular colour finishes but we also offer the option of over 200 RAL colours so you can pick the exact colour you wish. There are also finishes to choose including wood grain and metallic effects.
And because they’re powder-coated, durability is never an issue. The colour is baked-on, providing a lasting finish that won’t peel off or lose its colour – and is guaranteed for 10 years.

Our Glass Lean-To Roofing is designed with security in mind.Toughened glass is offered as standard and it is rigorously tested for the most severe weather conditions. Our dedication to quality engineering means that we offer a 10 year guarantee on all our products.
We also include a scaffold tower in every supply and fit quotation.
Certass CQ Assured Scheme
We are members of the Certass Certified Quality assured scheme which is a quality assurance scheme for reputable and trustworthy Companies, designed to give consumers additional confidence when working with Companies for their renovation, maintenance and improvement projects.
The Certass CQ scheme isn’t a building regulations document but offers peace of mind for the customer that their works have been installed correctly and to the relevant industry standards. As part of the scheme our installations are independently audited by Certass every month and a certificate of conformity is sent to our customers upon the completion of our works.
All our installations are backed by the Certass Certified Quality scheme and after the completion of our woks our customers receive a personalised Certass CQ branded certificate reaffirming that the works have been completed to the relevant industry standards. Also included is a 10-year insurance backed guarantee to sit alongside our own comprehensive guarantee:
- The certification includes all works completed and installed by Express.
- The scheme covers replacement installations and extensions and newbuild projects.
- The scheme includes installations of glazed roofs.
- The scheme covers all our works across the whole of the UK.
Specification
- Various pitches from 5–45 degrees.
- Maximum projection of: 3865mm – 10 degree pitch and 3685mm – 20 degree pitch
- Skyline Lean To is required when a pitch is greater than 31° and a projection typically greater than 2800mm *subject to glass size.
- Elite and Essence colours available with the Skyline Lean To only.
- Aluminium glazing bar top cappings.
- Aluminium ridge body.

- Bespoke, insulated aluminium pressings are used to cloak off visible structural supports. These can be priced for during the design & quotation stage or after the installation.
- Designed to fit seamlessly alongside our entire product range.

- Full guttering, downpipe and associated fixings are wholly manufactured from aluminium. This improves aesthetics, strength and robustness, and these components massively increase the weather rating and life span of the entire roofing system.
- The unique single point fixing bolts are fastened internally for easier and quicker installation. The main aluminium rafters are not penetrated so there are no fixing holes for water to ingress through.
- The starter bar is designed to leave a perfect lead flashing line seamlessly connecting the house and the roof, and is made from highest grade aluminium to ensure it doesn’t warp or distort.
- Concealed internal gaskets.
