I first came across Express when I was working on a TV programme called Cowboy Builders, where they helped out a couple who has been let down by a rogue builder. Since then I have used Express on four separate projects and I have always been impressed with the quality of the products, the service, the guarantee, everything.
We are delighted with our recent purchase from Express Bi-folding Doors and felt valued at every stage of our customer experience. First and foremost, by Alex at the Redhill showroom, who responded to our numerous enquiries both promptly and fully. Following completion of the site survey by Dennis we felt reassured that we had made the right decision. An entirely different team delivered the carefully packaged components of our new installation from the Leeds depot at the time stated. Steve and Brian installed with such care, precision and attention to detail. The Quality and technology of the new doors are fully in line with our expectations.
From the first time we walked into the showroom right through to the completion of our installation the team were helpful and responsive. The windows and doors are excellent qaulity.

I was weary about ordering such an expensive door online but I know all about Express so felt more comfortable paying slightly more than to other online Companies. The doors are top class & John was really helpful when I rang him with a few questions about fitting them. Highly recommend you guys.
