We are a family-owned business set up by a father and son, and with a team of three people we began manufacturing and installing aluminium bi-folding doors in 2007. Today, we employ over 300 members of staff nationwide, and boast a world class manufacturing facility, the best machinery, and the most experienced and skilled workforce in the industry.
Our full range of bespoke products are manufactured in our 200,000 square foot Head Office site in Leeds. We are immensely proud of our manufacturing operation and constantly reinvest back into the business to ensure that we have the best people and the latest cutting edge CNC machinery, enabling us to offer such a broad range of industry leading products.

We manufacture and offer three industry leading trade bifold doors systems, but without question our most popular system is the XP10, which is perfect for the trade and self-build market.
An inexpensive system that looks great and offers years of guaranteed enjoyment and reliability. We can have bespoke bifold doors delivered within two weeks and even carry a large stock of discounted XP10 bifold doors in various sizes, which are available within just five days.
Modest priced sliding doors
Our XP Glide system is a premium quality system with a 20mm sightline and a modest price tag. This is our most popular patio door and we offer it on a supply-only basis as well as our full supply and fit offering.
Our XP Slide LS25 is a lightweight, slim sightline system with the popular lift and slide functionality, perfect for families with young children or elderly homeowners.
For huge doors being installed into exposed locations our XP Glide R is robust, simple to install and designed to withstand the worst of the UK weather.

We have two stunning showrooms in the South East located in Weybridge in Surrey, plus our boutique showroom in Bournemouth. Our Milton Keynes showroom is centrally located and just a few minutes drive from junction 14 on the M1. Our Glasgow showroom is also the most extensive of its kind in Scotland. Building Maria a garden office: Part One
A garden room built completely from scratch. No kit, no flat pack. Kieran and Andy have built this one from the ground up.
This is a project Kieran has been eating, sleeping and dreaming about. He’s loved every minute of it, and it’s been a pleasure watching him get stuck into something that’s been a genuine challenge. He’s also, let’s be honest, anal AF, so every detail is top tier. Not a corner cut anywhere.
And we’ve built the whole thing around installations, customers, and the small matter of MOVING AN ENTIRE PREMISES AFTER 45 YEARS. So yes, we’ve been busy.
Thinking about a garden office or home office at the bottom of the garden? Here’s what we’ve learnt so far:
Insulation is everything. We’ve packed this out, floor, walls and roof. An under insulated garden room is freezing in January and unusable in July. It’s the difference between a room you work in every day and a very expensive shed. It’s also the part nobody sees, which is exactly why it’s the first thing people cut to save money.
Shade the glass from the outside, not the inside. Blinds are going in, but once sunlight is through the glass the heat is already in the room. We’re looking at a pergola with a moveable canopy over the French doors so we can block the summer sun and still let the winter sun in.
Think about air con before you close the walls up. After this summer, we wish we’d run the cable and left a capped duct through the wall while everything was still open. Much more of a faff once it’s plastered, painted and clad.

Tucked away in a cul-de-sac in a Cambridgeshire village is a sleek side duplex annexe to a detached 1970s house. Built partially over an existing garage, and set within a modest size rear garden, the annexe calmly blends into its two-storey host. External finishes are unified, with wall and roof clad in intriguing charcoal coloured diamond shaped tiles.
The double-height space features a glass, steel and timber staircase leading to a light and airy mezzanine with a cantilevered balcony. Daylight floods the interior of the double height space through a large north facing glazed façade, minimizing solar gain.
Two generous openable skylights in the roof which maintain a feel of the passing day and the changing light, providing essential cross ventilation at mezzanine level and purging stratified heat at height.
