Romford showroom closure – August 31st

We have made the difficult and reluctant decision to shut the doors to our Romford showroom this August 31st to coincide with our financial year end.
We are about to enter the final twelve months of our rent period and because of the excessive rent review figures put forward by our landlord coupled with the often-insufficient parking arrangements for our staff and customers we have decided to reorganise our locations in the South of England.
After a seven-figure investment we have purchased a commercial premises in Milton Keynes on a freehold basis, which after an extensive fit out will open as our new prime showroom in March 2026.
As part of our strategic operations in and around London we will continue to use the Romford premises as our logistics and installation hub until Christmas 2025. From January 2026 we are going to set up two new logistic hubs strategically placed around the M25. Creating these two hubs will allow us to remove the stock and stored goods from our Weybridge showroom, allowing us to significantly expand the space and install even more showhouses and displays so by Summer 2026 it will become our true Flagship London showroom.

As we regularly attend five exhibitions in and around London, we have also increased the size of our exhibition stand to a huge 165 square metres. This means that despite no longer having a showroom presence in East London our customers will be able to see our products at various exhibitions.
We will be attending two exhibitions at the Excel exhibition centre, the Homebuilding & Renovating Shows in Surrey and Farnborough, the Ideal Home Show in Olympia, plus two events at the NEC in Birmingham.

Our Weybridge showroom is conveniently located within the M25 plus we have our boutique showroom in Bournemouth, our Flagship showrooms in Leeds and Glasgow and from March 2026 our fantastic new showroom in Milton Keynes will open its doors.
Our surveying, installations and aftersales service will be unaffected by these changes as our Romford and Weybridge logistics hubs will remain operational until the two new hubs are set up in 2026.
The sad news within these updates is that our beautifully laid out Romford showroom is officially closing its doors, and we will no longer have a showroom location in the area.
Due to the strong foundations of our business, we are now looking to operate out of showroom premises that we own on a freehold basis. We could well return to East London with a new showroom in the future but from August 31st, the best way for our South East customers to view our world class products will be at exhibitions, at the Weybridge showroom and eventually at our conveniently located Milton Keynes showroom when it opens next Spring.
