Express Reveals New 55,000 Square Foot Warehouse & Despatch Unit

We are proud to reveal our new 55,000 square foot warehouse and despatch unit. The completion of this project makes our Leeds site the biggest aluminium fabricating site in the UK! This offers us the flexibility to both grow and diversify, whilst still offering our trade and retail customers a premium, streamlined service.

Trebling in size since 2014, our Head Office site now stands at an incredible 180,000 square feet. The addition of this new specialist site has seen our Leeds Head Office now become fully operational.

In setting up the new premises and moving our existing warehouse & despatch area we have gained valuable space to increase the volume of stock carried on-site and to make improvements to our existing infrastructure. This space has been transformed into a brand-new specialist fabrication area, completing a brand new department within our manufacturing operation.

The new department will manufacture all our specialist, bespoke items including;

• Curtain walling
• Shaped items
• Moving corner bi-folds & sliding doors
• Front doors
• Structurally bonded, panoramic sliding doors

The new despatch unit not only functions to hold all completed goods and manufactured products, the increased space also aids time-efficiency and minimising the handling of goods. This has been made possible, thanks to the creation of specifically designed storage bays for each individual job. Also within the new site is a large light box inspection area where all units are checked prior to being delivered to site, as well spacious drop off and load areas. The functionality and vast amount of space will boost our ability to provide on-time & in-full deliveries and installations.
