Saturday the 16th February 2013 was an incredible day for Express Bi-folding Doors.
After a two month refurbishment and doubling in size, our state of the art new showroom was officially unveiled by the Mayor of the Borough of Reigate & Banstead, along with television presenters George Clarke, Dominic Littlewood and Les Dennis.
Joining in the celebrations were over 600 visitors ranging from architects, designers, trade companies to residential customers, all of whom enjoyed a terrific day and were overwhelmed by the both the quality and the variation of the products on display.
Four premium quality front doors are on show in our Haarmann display pod, situated alongside our Solarlux composite bi folding door.
The XPView is displayed in both the winter garden and the newly built orangery complete with wet room and fully electronically operated low level lighting system.
Two lift and slide XPGlideS patio door systems are showcased, as well as two XPGlide sliding door units. Our full range of windows are on display as well as shaped frames, a lean to and lantern roof. Completing our design centre is the XP10 folding door, and finally our brand new products: the hybrid lift and slide patio door, and hybrid curtain walling benefiting from aluminium on the external face and crafted oak on the internal.
Upon opening the showroom the Mayor of Reigate and Banstead said ‘I’m delighted to open this spectacular new showroom. We are keen to attract companies such as Express, shrewd Yorkshire businessmen who run an enterprising, entrepreneurial organisation. I welcome your expansion, I thank you for your confidence in Redhill, and I wish you every success.’
These sentiments were echoed by television presenter George Clarke who added ‘It’s great to see the company moving forward, Express are innovating rather than just sitting back. They are really pushing the market and giving their clients more options for finding the right style for their home.
For me Express do the best products at the best price, so I used them on every single Home Show project and then ended up using them on my own house.
Genuinely I have never gone anywhere else for bi-fold doors, over the past four years I have always used the guys at Express.’
Dominic Littlewood was equally enthusiastic in echoing his positive views of Express stating ‘we first used Express on channel five’s Cowboy Builders, I realised the product was impressive so when the time came to replace my windows I gave Express a call. I have now had four sets of bi folding doors installed as well as two patio doors, and I am more than happy with the service, the quality, everything. The service I have had has been exceptional.’
The showroom is open Monday to Saturday with late night opening till 8:00pm on Wednesdays. There is no appointment necessary so please feel free to visit us even if you are only just to starting to think about potentially improving your home. Television presenter and comedian Les Dennis perhaps best sums up the new Redhill showroom ‘It’s a great set up, it’s fantastic, we’ve got them in our home, Express Bi-folding Doors they’re brilliant, top answer.’
